SEJ Services is seeking an Facility Services Account Manager in Huger SC to join our team in the Lowcountry. The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations. The ideal candidate will have service industry management experience strong attention to detail and superior managerial skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational proactive communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
This position is required to maintain the scope of work as contracted by the customer. As such this position may need to perform physical tasks or fill-in for all laborers who call out of work. This may include bending lifting walking stocking supplies and performing various facilities maintenance tasks depending on the contracted scope of work at your assigned site(s).
The position reports to the Branch Manager and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Facility Account Manager Job Summary and Duties:
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; training planning monitoring and appraising job results; coaching counseling and disciplining employees; developing coordinating and enforcing systems policies procedures and productivity standards.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by monitoring labor hours and supply inventories.
- Conducts facility walkthroughs to inspect the quality of work and safety compliance. All issues will be discussed with the janitorial crew and managed through the online work order system.
- Meets with customers to discuss issues and foster a positive relationship by having a strong customer service mentality.
- Responds to ALL calls for assigned accounts at all times (this includes nights and weekends if necessary).
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; being proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems; recommending operational improvements.
- Assist with all hiring training coaching and counseling of employees and provide timely feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the training and development of branch staff; helping staff take responsibility for and have autonomy in decision-making and creative problem-solving
- PPE REQUIRED on manufacturing floor:
- Steel toed shoes
- Basic cut resistant sleeve
- Eye protection
- Nails: Not to extend beyond the length of the finger (including artificial Nails) Neatly Trimmed & Cleaned
- Hair/beards: At or below shoulder length must be tied up and secured. Ponytails should not be longer than shoulder level. Facial Hair below shoulder length must be secured. Hair accessories must be properly secured and not mutilating.
- Earrings: Single Post or stud Earrings Nothing that dangles below the earlobe (Gauges Included)
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $52000K depending on experience. Experience in the janitorial industry is not necessary but 1-3 years is prefered.
- Quarterly Bonus $500 based on KPIs
- 401K: SEJ Services does a Safe Harbor match of 100% of your plan contributions up to 4% of compensation.

The company contributes $205.86/month to employee-only medical coverage and up to $30/month to the total amount of monthly premiums for supplemental plans elected.
