What Youll Do:
- Provide personalized companion care:Assist individuals with daily tasks like meal prep light housekeeping personal care and transportation.
- Support social engagement:Facilitate activities and outings that promote connection socialization and community integration.
- Celebrate individuality:Encourage personal growth respect individual preferences and foster a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with a supportive team:Work closely with other Direct Service Workers supervisors and families to ensure the best possible care.
