Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support customer in installation commissioning maintenance and troubleshooting of all customer equipment installed onsite.
- Support customer in RMA process for return and repair of onsite equipment
- Provide project engineering/management support for new projects proposals and upgrade programs.
- Provide Expert technical support/first level of escalation for the site team and training for the on-site service team enhancing on-site service teams ability to support customer equipment.
- Provide feedback to Customer Technical support group on equipment performance and support requirements.
- Work closely with the technical support team and PCs to ensure that NPI CIP projects receive the appropriate field input and the local site team(s) have the training procedures and the parts needed for CIPs and NPIs.
- Develop local work instructions and procedures as required to support installation maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead on site regularly scheduled technical meetings to ensure that the site team is aware of all technical issues and lesson learned.
- Work with the team lead and site manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for the site team
- AS degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (full military equivalent may substitute for the AS degree) or 4 years related technical experience (i.e. military electromechanical devices comms)
- 5 years related industry experience including the completion of relevant training and competencies profiles defined within the training plan for the current position and has demonstrated understanding of the product.
- Electronic mechanical chemical or gas in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to learn how to read engineering drawings and electrical diagramsand understand defined competent in the use of test equipment including various test meters hand tools and power tools.
- Proficient computer skills which include thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to set priorities follow instructions and exercise independent judgment when appropriate;be a self-starter and strong finisher.
- Excellent organization prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be capable of exercising independent judgment work with minimal or no supervision.
- Must possess good written and oral presentation skills.
- Possess excellent customer interfacing presence and musthave good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude be energetic and enthusiastic and possess a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
- Successful completion of Physical Capability assessment required.
