Flex Security Officers Full Time

Location:St Charles MO
Rate:$17.00-$20.00/HR
Available Shifts:
- 7AM - 3PM
- 3PM - 11PM
- 11PM - 7AM
At Securitas on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and information.

What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed - tablet / smartphone.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts - open availability greatly desired.
- Must be able to maintain superb professional under all circumstances.
- Security experience a plus.
