What You Will Do:
- Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the interim role and responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator in order to meet the residents needs and staffing requirements.
- Provides RN delegation training and supervision to Resident Assistants. This may include developing training supervising and following the Companys performance management policy with assigned staff.
- Provides training and education to Nurses and Resident Assistants on an ongoing basis to include classroom in- services and situation-specific training.
- Assists in the maintenance of resident charts and review of documentation performed by associates.
Why You Are Qualified:
- RN Registered Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification
- 2 years health care management experience
- 1 years experience in the assisted living setting
Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check valid references and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
