Job Description
Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.50 based on experience
Quarterly Bonus Potential

- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
- Plan weekly work schedules and manage supply inventories
- Perform daily custodial duties such as sweeping mopping vacuuming window washing trash removal and more
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in common areas offices stairways and restrooms
- Conduct property inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Support snow and ice removal efforts as needed
- Ensure compliance with RISE policies and training standards
- Previous custodial supervisory experience is required
- 1-2 years of related custodial experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities
- Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
- Passion for cleanliness organization and teamwork
