Victoria University (VU) is seeking a driven Operations Analyst to play a critical role in enhancing the operational and strategic effectiveness of our Digital and Campus Services (DCS) portfolio.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Director Campus Services the role leads process improvement and automation initiatives uses data insights to identify gaps and opportunities and supports governance reporting and capability uplift. Working closely with leadership and stakeholders the analyst ensures service delivery is streamlined customer-focused and aligned with performance targets.
