Ellis provides educators with on-demand scenario-specific strategies to support student mental health and learning needs. Built on CHCs trusted expertise and an AI/RAG/LLM-based system it delivers tailored evidence-aligned responses in real time. A functional prototype is currently in pilot.

As a Product Manager Educator AI Product (Ellis) you willown the processes systems and product roadmap that drive strategy innovation and measurable impact.
As a Product Manager your responsibilities include:
- Define and Execute Product Strategy:Collaborate with the Senior Director of Community Engagement to craft a compelling product vision and long-term strategy and multi-year roadmap. Align Ellis with CHCs mission while leveraging cutting-edge AI RAG and LLM technologies.
- Drive Product-Market Fit:Conduct deep market research competitive analysis and user discovery to ensure Ellis meets real-world needs. Iterate rapidly using data and user feedback to refine the product.
- Innovate and Optimize:Identify new growth opportunities for Ellis integrating innovative features and refining functionalities based on user feedback and market trends. Maintain a keen understanding of emerging AI/RAG/LLM advancements.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams:Lead influence and align diverse cross-functional teams (engineering design research subject matter experts marketing sales) without direct authority. Ensure clear communication of product requirements through precise specifications user stories and acceptance criteria. Work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Community Engagement.
- Strategic Financial Oversight:Partnering with the Senior Director of Community Engagement develop and maintain oversight and budget responsibilities for Ellis ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing impact.
- Leverage Google Accelerator:Actively ensure that CHC makes the most of capitalizes on and fully leverages all aspects of the Google Accelerator program optimizing technical training dedicated expertise and funding to accelerate Elliss development and reach. Ensure that the Ellis team is fully engaged.
- Ensure Strategic Implementation:Act as a reliable implementor overseeing successful launches and continuous improvements. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and demonstrate impact.
- Manage Key Relationships:Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including experts educators and mental health professionals.

We seek an experienced motivated first-rate highly qualified and driven Product Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative products.
- Strategic Product Leadership:Demonstrated ability to define and execute compelling product visions and multi-year roadmaps. Expertise in market analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Process & Systems ownership:Expertise in designing and managing product development processes and systems that support scalable execution and continuous improvement.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:Mastery of product development from ideation to launch and optimization. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Skilled in using analytics and data to evaluate product performance inform decisions and drive continuous improvement and measure success
- Technical Fluency :Solid understanding of AI/RAG/LLM technologies to engage effectively with engineering and inform technical decisions.
- Exceptional Collaboration & Influence:Proven ability to lead and align diverse teams manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex concepts clearly to all audiences.
- Business Acumen & Impact:Strong understanding of business models including budget management and how product initiatives drive organizational growth and impact.
- Mentorship & Ownership:Demonstrated ability to mentor others and take full ownership of product outcomes.
About your background (education/experience):
- 4-8 years of progressive product management experience with a clear track record of successfully bringing multiple products or significant features to market.
- Experience withAI/RAG/LLMproducts SaaS platforms or EdTech/Healthcare technology is highly valued.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Marketing or a related STEM field.
- An MBA or Masters degree in a relevant field or a Product Management certification is a significant advantage.
- Exhibits strong strategic thinking analytical problem-solving skills adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Ed tech experience preferred.
- Possesses high emotional intelligence and a bias for action.

Compensation:
Range: $190000 to $210000 per year (negotiable)
Pay Type: salary

The actual base salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background training work experience location business needs and market demand.
