You live onlineand you know how to make brands live there too. As our go-to for all things social youll own client channels help shape content strategy and support bringing campaigns to life in-feed. Youre part strategist part calendar-wrangler part trend-watcher and part community builder. Youll work side-by-side with creatives to build smart scroll-stopping work and bring quick-turn ideas or platform-native formats to life and engage directly with audiences to keep our brands connected and relevant.

Build and manage content calendars for client social channels
Develop smart strategic social extensions to campaigns
Own community management including proactive engagement responding to comments and DMs and surfacing key insights from the community
Monitor trends platforms and culture to keep our work sharp and relevant
Do competitive audits surface insights and track best-in-class brands
Partner with creatives to brief and refine social-first concepts
Present strategies that are simple strong and backed by insight
Report on performance and optimize accordingly
35 years of social media experience preferably at an agency
Proven ability to manage social accounts and content calendars and communities
A knack for turning brand strategy into everyday social storytelling
A pulse on platform shifts trends and tools Experience writing or contributing to briefs and strategy decks
An eye for creativity and a brain for performance
Strong communication skills and a thoughtful approach to brand voice and audience engagement
Experience jumping into creative content when needed especially for trend-based fast-moving moments.
Hands-on experience with social tools like Brandwatch (for listening insights and reporting) and Opal (for planning and publishing)

Using standard office equipment computers and related technology.
Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse.
Bending reaching lifting pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
Notravel is anticipated for this role.
Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model with work occurring remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
