If you want to work for an AAHA accredited Fear Free Certified vet clinic with awesome people - then look no further! Furever Family is looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills organizational skills and great with time management. Experience working with animals is a plus but is not required.

Qualifications
- 18 years of age at least
- High school diploma or GED
- Plays well with others (people and pets mainly)
- Can chat with clients and share what you know about pet care
- Previous experience working with animals not required but is a plus!
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Preparing for and assisting Veterinarian with Patient visits through a multitude of tasks
- Taking patient histories and communicating with Clients
- Taking appropriate and accurate medical notes during patient exam to ensure DVM has clear picture ofexam findings and client discussion points
- General assistance throughout the course of the exam
- Providing prompt friendly and professional service to all Clients
