Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Lufkinarea.

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.

Qualifications:

Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
1yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
