Summary:
As the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Marketing and his team you will provide proactive and detail-oriented administrative support while managing travel and expenses assisting with scheduling and calendar coordination and handling confidential information with discretion.
What You Will Do:
- Schedule and prioritize work assignments
- Manage calendars and meeting logistics both in-person and virtual to include preparation of documents agendas and presentations
- Prepare travel and accommodations both domestic and international
- Prepare expense reports and spreadsheets
- Manage expected deliverables from the organization (e.g. Business Reviews presentations etc.)
- Maintain historical records and filing systems for the executive(s)
- Use discretion judgment tact and diplomacy for assignments which may involve work of a confidential and/or complex nature and exposure to sensitive information and contacts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication on all matters pertaining to the executive(s)
What You Need:
:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years experience supporting Senior Leadership in a similar capacity
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelors Degree
$36.42/hr. $50.38/hr. plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
