OurSecurity Supervisorpositions play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role involves leading a team of Security Officers ensuring post compliance and delivering exceptional service through proactive supervision training and communication.
Security Supervisor $25.00/hr
ASecurity Supervisoris responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel ensuring adherence to post orders and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
- Training & Development:Train new and existing staff review post procedures and ensure team readiness.
- Scheduling & Coverage:Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
- Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
- Incident Management:Respond to emergencies conduct investigations and file detailed reports.
- Performance Management:Coach discipline and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.
- Patrolling & Inspections:Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
- Administrative Support:Assist with payroll personnel documentation and report submissions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).
- Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
- Reliable transportation and communication.
