job Overview
The Director Campus Operations (DCO) will be an influential voice and leader in a growing global education organization. The DCO will have accountability for operations at an Amerigo partner school campus location (or locations) including all academic operational financial and cultural components of the program. This role is ultimately responsible for the physical and mental well-being of its students; leadership and development of staff; fiscal responsibility for its programs and initiatives; and the development of the relationship with our partner school(s).
Leveraging existing elements of the Amerigo program this leader will be expected to implement a residential life program that values academic achievement prioritizes each students overall well-being and provides a high level of customer service to our students families staff members and partner school community.
In addition to local operational responsibilities this position will partner with the Central Services team and peers within the organization to develop and refine replicable best practices that can be shared throughout a growing family of partner schools.
