Job Description
Join MAPEI Corporation a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials including adhesives sealants and specialty products used in flooring tile and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your leadership makes a direct impact.
Responsibilities
- Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Supervise production team members and ensure safe efficient operation of equipment
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality regulatory and reporting standards
- Analyze operations for improvements in methods tools communication and cost control
- Ensure compliance with production procedures safety protocols and quality expectations
- Follow all safety procedures work rules and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
- You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
- Bachelors (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University strongly preferred.
- At a minimum require High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education experience and/or training.
- You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
- Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
- Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 2nd shift (3:00 pm 11:00 am approx.)
