You will serve as the senior People & Culture leader supporting both Technology (e.g. Engineering Product) and Corporate (e.g. Marketing Merchandising) functions. Your time will be equally divided between both areas supporting executive leadership with people strategy leading a team of People Business Partners and personally executing high-priority initiatives. This role plays an integral role in the health and success of the organization by collaborating with key cross functional business leaders to identify develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the business. This includes developing a deep understanding of the functional goals and business ensuring that the function has the right talent structure culture and processes in place to drive and sustain impact. You will also coach and guide your team while remaining close enough to the work to step in directly when needed.
In this position you will lead teams in solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This will require you to think big picture use data continually to guide your work be comfortable challenging convention and in some cases reinvent how work is done. In our model at Stitch Fix the business partner builds strong people management skills within the leadership team. You will also work in close partnership with the Talent Learning and Development and Total Rewards/Operations leaders on the People and Culture team to develop these strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary benefits and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background experience location and position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
