As part of SharkNinja Europes continued growth were looking for a detail-oriented Translation Coordinator to join our Creative Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality localized content across multiple EMEA markets.
Youll help ensure accurate on-time translations for a variety of marketing and product materials collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate translation requests across EMEA markets ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with project timelines and priorities.
- Prepare files and documentation for translation ensuring all necessary reference materials (glossaries style guides) are shared with the external agency.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and the translation agency escalating any issues to senior team members as needed.
- Support the upkeep of glossaries and style guides by collecting updates from local markets and sharing them with the agency.
- Schedule and participate in regular check-ins with the agency to track progress and support resolution of quality or timing issues.
- Assist with purchase order (PO) creation invoice processing and budget tracking in collaboration with the Translation Project Managers and Finance team.
- Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and helping identify bottlenecks or recurring issues.
What Were Looking For:
- 13 years experience in a translation localization or project coordination role (agency or in-house).
- Basic understanding of CAT tools and localization workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Collaborative proactive and detail-focused mindset.
