Job Description
At Paradigm Housing Group were on a mission to make our homes warmer greener and more energy-efficient. As part of our commitment to achieving EPC Band C across all homes by 2030 and reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050 were looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Retrofit Project Manager to join our Capital Works team.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of energy efficiency retrofit projects that directly benefit our residents and the environment. From managing contractors and consultants to ensuring compliance with PAS 2035:2023 and government funding requirements youll play a key role in shaping the future of our housing stock.
What Youll Be Doing:

Managing the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects ensuring they meet time quality and budget expectations.

Coordinating with internal teams external contractors and Retrofit Coordinators to ensure compliance with PAS 2035.

Producing detailed cost breakdowns funding reports and monthly updates for stakeholders and DESNZ.

Supporting post-works evaluations and ensuring remedial actions are taken where necessary.

Promoting the benefits of retrofit works to residents and internal teams.
What Youll Bring:
-
Retrofit Coordinator and/or Assessor qualifications with a strong understanding of PAS 2035.

Experience in domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects.

A background in construction or building surveying with relevant professional qualifications.

Excellent project management contract administration and stakeholder engagement skills.

A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Where could this role take you
Whilst this role is fixed term for 12 months in a business our size; circa 630 employees and turnover 150m (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through there is a possibility that this could either be extended made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However if something longer term doesnt materialise you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields
