Experience in B2B food sales or customer service preferably within the specialty or Italian food sector with a solid understanding of the supply chain and client service expectations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor and the ability to build lasting client relationships across diverse sectors (hospitality retail foodservice).
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven ability to identify sales opportunities meet targets and support business growth initiatives like online sales and lead generation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented capable of managing multiple tasks (orders reporting client communication) while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Team player with a flexible attitude ready to support various departments and adapt quickly to changing priorities with a hands-on approach to operational and administrative duties.
