NOW HIRING a property manager in Mountain Home!

We are seeking an experienced highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of properties located in Mountain Home. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and capable of balancing operational efficiency and compliance with a focus on resident engagement. This position requires strong leadership communication and customer service skills to ensure both property performance and resident satisfaction.

WhaT you Will do:

  • Oversee all aspects property management day-to-day operations including leasing occupancy rent collection resident relations and maintenance operations
  • Qualify applicants based on affordable housing requirements. Conduct annual recertifications.
  • Ensure the property operates in compliance with fair housing regulations safety standards and company policies
  • Ensure the property operates in compliance with affordable housing program requirements
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out and deposit reconciliation.
  • Address tenant concerns complaints professionally and ensure that maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal safety and maintenance standards

Position requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in property management or 2 years in an assistant manager role
  • Experience in affordable housing preferred but not required
  • Proven leadership and staff supervision skills
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g. AppFolio Yardi or similar)
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or CAM/COS designation preferred
