We are seeking an experienced highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of properties located in Mountain Home. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and capable of balancing operational efficiency and compliance with a focus on resident engagement. This position requires strong leadership communication and customer service skills to ensure both property performance and resident satisfaction.

WhaT you Will do:
- Oversee all aspects property management day-to-day operations including leasing occupancy rent collection resident relations and maintenance operations
- Qualify applicants based on affordable housing requirements. Conduct annual recertifications.
- Ensure the property operates in compliance with fair housing regulations safety standards and company policies
- Ensure the property operates in compliance with affordable housing program requirements
- Coordinate move-in/move-out and deposit reconciliation.
- Address tenant concerns complaints professionally and ensure that maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal safety and maintenance standards
Position requirements:
- 1 years of experience in property management or 2 years in an assistant manager role
- Experience in affordable housing preferred but not required
- Proven leadership and staff supervision skills
- Strong organizational problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g. AppFolio Yardi or similar)
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or CAM/COS designation preferred
