Your part in our UnitingCare team
Establish first contact withthe family according to the priority and risk assessment level
Contactmay include telephone a letter or a cold call home visit if contact byphone/letter has not been effective or if priority contact is required
Undertake initialassessments with the family in the home or in an agreed locationestablishing need and the required level of support and assistance
What makes a difference for us
Bachelor of Human Services or less formal qualifications with considerable relevant skills and extensive and diverse relevant experience to an equivalent standard
Genuine passion for helping people who are vulnerable with previous experience working with children and families who are at risk of or engaged under the child protection act
Working with Children blue card
Drivers licence
