Now hiring for our new school year 2025/2026. We would like to invite you to attend our NATIONAL HIRING DAY with on spot interviews with the hiring manager. Location is Beechgrove Elementary School 1029 Bristow Rd Independence KY JULY 10TH from 10am-2pm

Location: IMMEDIATE HIRE: Kenton Elementary School-11246 Madison Pike Independence KY 41051
Schedule: After School Care
AM 7am-9am Hours PM 3pm-6pm for afternoon care. Monday-Friday No Weekends
Pay & Benefits:
- $17.50/hour

As an AlphaBEST Captain youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have HS diploma Bachelors or Associates in Education or a child development field.1 year experience in a classroom setting ( in a licensed facility)or group setting with at least 15 students.
- Must be at least 21years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
