Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and results-drivenDirector Strategic Partnershipsto lead the development and execution of our ecosystem engagement strategy for both Augmented Reality and Photonic Interconnect products and technologies. This role is pivotal in identifying cultivating and managing strategic relationships across the value chain including N1 (Direct Customers) N2 (Customers Customers) N-1 (Direct Suppliers) and N-2 (Suppliers Suppliers).
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the executive team bringing a systems-thinking approach to ecosystem orchestration and value creation and will actively engage with senior level executives within Applied and the ecosystem partners to cultivate a vibrant well-functioning set of multi-level relationships.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
