Project Coordinator (m/f/d)
Location: Mannheim
Role Summary:
The project coordinator will support cross-functional initiatives within the Large Electric Power Systems Division (LEPS) strategy team with a particular focus on supporting the implementation of LEPS strategy governance.
These are your tasks in our team:
- Develop tools and processes to track the progress of strategy implementation and prepare regular status updates for executives
- You will work with internal teams to ensure that the governance of strategy implementation is up to date
- Identify and escalate risks or delays in strategy execution
- You organize the jour fix for the management team including the creation of the agenda
- You will promote data analysis on sales industry trends and competition
- You will support the Long Term Forecast with analyses and the development of tools
- Maintenance and documentation of tools and processes
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics engineering data science or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of data analysis including advanced Excel (pivot tables Power Query VBA/macros) Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
- Experience developing IT tools and digital solutions to support governance frameworks including creating and elaborating automated reporting tools and trackers designing dashboards to monitor KPIs and strategic initiatives and integrating data from multiple sources to support decision-making
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and German (at least level B2/C1)
