Job Description

We are seeking for

Your Responsibilities
We are looking for you starting on September 1 2025 as astudent assistant / working student(gn*) to support our Event & Community Management team in the following areas:

  • Planning execution and follow-up of events
  • Requesting and processing quotes from external service providers
  • Creating presentations signage and welcome slides
  • Preparing cost overviews
  • On-site support during events
  • Event marketing
    • Maintenance of the event website
    • Sending invitations via InxMail
  • Participant management
    • Setting up and maintaining registration pages
    • Correspondence with participants
    • Managing registration lists
    • Monitoring the event e-mail account
  • Event evaluations
  • Maintaining contact and database records
  • Creating sending and analysing the alumni newsletter via InxMail
  • Preparation and writing articles for the Newsroom
  • Creation of visuals via Canva for LinkedIn
Your qualifications
  • Enrolled student
  • Proficient in Word Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Typo3 is a plus
  • Very good command of both German and English
  • Willingness to work occasionally in the evenings and on weekends
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Enjoy preparing and organising events
  • Enjoy interacting with people
We offer
  • A student work contract for 1520 hours per week or alternatively as a student assistant on a 520 basis for 35 hours per month
