OneSource Customs & Logistics (OSCL) a veteran-owned freight forwarder and licensed customs brokerage is seeking a part-time Depot & Logistics Operator Trainee to join its dedicated team in Neerabup WA.
This opportunity offers a nationally accredited traineeship Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations combined with practical real-world experience in logistics and warehousing. The successful candidate will work 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit school hours or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities Include:
The Depot & Logistics Trainee will receive structured training across various functions including:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Receiving and dispatching freight
- Customer service and cargo check-in under depot contracts
- Pick and pack operations stock control and general warehousing
- Assisting with the coordination of import/export shipments
- Document processing shipment tracking and data entry
- Liaising with clients carriers and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate
OSCL is looking for a motivated individual who possesses:
- A willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
- Physical fitness and comfort handling freight
- Sound communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Competence with IT systems including email and data entry
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to build a career in logistics
- Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments
Essential Requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen (required for ABF Fit and Proper Person assessment)
- Must pass a Police Check
- Own reliable transport is essential due to the depots industrial location
