DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- Monthly Salary: Step 1 - $6117.00- Step 8 - $8596.00(Initial salary placement for this position is from Step 1 to Step 3 depending on the amount of reasonably related experience)
- Length of Work Year:12 Months/260 Days
- Location:Personnel/District Education Center
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Any combination equivalentto: Graduation from High School supplemented by college-level course work in Business English resources or related fields.
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience working with employee benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) yearsexperience performing employee benefits enrollment is desired.
- Experience with California state and federal labor regulations regarding leaves and benefits is desired.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws codes regulations and requirements pertaining to employee benefits/insurance plans preferably in a school district is desired.
- Must have strong Microsoft office and excel skills.
- Experience may be substituted for college level training.
