We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of pre-litigation PI experience. In this role you will manage cases through treatment until they are ready for demand write detailed demand letters and negotiate settlements. Our ideal Legal Assistant will have a strong desire to help others a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve the best results for clients.

  • Organize and manage client files from intake to settlement
  • Assist with tracking medical providers ordering records and bills
  • Review medical records and bills and verify that all records have been obtained
  • Update adjusters and clients regarding case status
  • Handle some new client intake calls
  • Receive and complete new client intake calls (PNC)


  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills
  • 3 years or more of Personal Injury experience
  • Ability to learn grow and be part of a team committed to doing a great job
  • Knowledge of Neos case management software is not required but is a plus
