Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Principal Lending Consultant.In this role you will enable Technology program transformation for our clients in a global delivery model research on technologies independently recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will provide input for identifying best-fit solutions for one or more projects; develop design of applications provide regular support and guidance to project teams on complex coding and issue resolution with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high-quality technical solutions within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines policies and norms of Infosys. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boca Ratan FLor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11years of experience in Information Technology.
- Project and Program Management.
- Lending Experience in Banking Industry.
- Atleast 8-10 years of Lending Experience in Banking Industry.
- Atleast 10-12 years of experience inProject and Program Management.
- Experience in Mortgage domain is preferred.
- Exposure toTechnology solutions and deep understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Good experience in Technologies such as React .NET C# MVC Entity Framework .
- Strong communication and Analytical skills
- Proven track record of driving decisions collectively conflict resolution and ensuring follow through
- Experience in architecting and designing solutions on Cloud and On-Prem
- Understanding of devops process Vulnerability Management Development and Production support processes.
- Provide input for planning activities to meet the requirements in project - performance engineering track
- Participate in customer discussions during requirement analysis with a knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques like story boarding use case analysis agile user stories to understand system requirements and non-functional requirements
- Participate in design of application using broad knowledge of multiple Build tools keeping in mind conformance to proposed architecture and to achieve functional and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with Client stakeholders from Technology and Business groups to update the status and roadmap
- Provide guidance to project teams on knowledge of relevant quality process and planning/reuse tools to improve technical quality and productivity of the project.
- Provide inputs for build and deployment automation strategy
- Provide inputs to create technology and architectural frameworks
- Anchor presentations to customers showcasing thought leadership
- Wherever relevant coordinates tasks with team members sets goals and targets reviews output gives performance-based feedback to ensure that the deliverables are as per the required standards
- Ability to work in teams in a diverse multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
