Our Opportunity:
The Chewy Learning and Development team is seeking an experienced Learning Architect with learning program strategy and planning skills! Someone who can help re-envision how learning programs (such as enterprise onboarding manager and leadership development executive development and high potential employee programs) can be radically different more efficient and results driven. This role will be responsible for crafting programs geared towards leaders or individual contributors within the Chewy Enterprise such as new employees Managers Directors or Executives. They will own the core components of Learning Strategy: Analysis Design and Evaluation. You will partner with Senior Instructional Designers and Training Managers who will help you complete learning strategy from development to implementation. You will also partner cross-functionally with Human Resources Talent Management Learning Analytics and Core Business Functions. This strategic role is perfect for someone who can see the whole field and operate at scale and depth to advance business goals with compelling learning programs. The ability to Think Big and Deliver Results will be hallmarks of the successful candidate.
As a Learning Architect you will help influence the creation and/or create and manage processes that help scale new learning programs and maintenance of existing program materials. The goal of all programs you develop will be to positively contribute to all key Chewy metrics and Chewy learner metrics - including customer satisfaction retention lifetime value engagement retention and performance.
You will have the opportunity to use your experience building learning and training programs to help support key enterprise goals. Direct experience and understanding of detailed development and implementation across the full ADDIE lifecycle are also desired. With your ability to influence and get results in a highly collaborative environment you will consult with key business leaders on their long-term business needs. As a member of the Talent Development team you will communicate up across and out to teams who are not learning-centric doing so crisply and clearly through email white papers and other mechanisms in a way that they can understand and rally behind.
