Job Description
- Architect end-to-end AI and Data Science solutions that ensure scalability performance and security.
- Design robust AI/ML infrastructures incorporating data pipelines model training deployment and monitoring frameworks.
- Translate business needs into AI strategies and corresponding technical solutions.
- Lead the model lifecycle including design development deployment and monitoring with full MLOps integration.
- Champion MLOps practices such as CI/CD for models reproducibility versioning and model governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers ML practitioners and domain experts to align AI initiatives with enterprise objectives.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory ethical and security standards including explainability and data privacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience with at least 8 years in AI & Data Science roles.
- Proven experience in roles such as AI & DS Architect Senior Tech Lead AI/ML or equivalent leadership positions.
- Exposure to the financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
- Experience in leading enterprise-scale projects including modernization of legacy systems and integration into complex IT environments.
Technical Competencies:
- Programming: Python Scala Java
- AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn
- MLOps Tools: MLflow Kubeflow SageMaker Airflow
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS GCP Azure internal DC platforms
- Data Engineering: Apache Spark Kafka SQL BigQuery Snowflake
- DevOps & Infra Automation: Docker Kubernetes Terraform
- Governance & Ethics: Model cards Explainable AI (XAI) differential privacy

- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to translate business objectives into
- technical deliverables and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
