About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Knowledge Manager on a permanent basis.
As the Manager of the Operational Knowledge team you will lead a strategically vital function within the Customer Operations Directorate. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and oversee the delivery of clear consistent and accessible operational knowledge that empowers colleagues and supports exceptional customer service.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong communication skills a deep understanding of operational environments and a passion for enabling others through effective knowledge sharing. You will drive the development and execution of a knowledge distribution strategy that aligns with organisational goals and meets the evolving needs of our workforce.

Understanding of cognitive load considerations in communication delivery.

Proven experience in a senior communication role preferably within an operational or corporate environment.
Experience with O365 technology and knowledge management systems.
