Home Manager Lead a Specialist Service Supporting Adults with Brain Injuries & Complex Needs
Up toHours per Week Level 5 Health & Social Care Rehabilitation Focus

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a specialist residential service that supports adults living with acquired brain injuries complex needs and those requiring ongoing rehabilitation. The service provides person-centred care in a safe therapeutic and empowering environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Home Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and who thrives in a supportive values-led team. With a strong foundation and excellent reputation the home is ready for a leader who can guide the next stage of its development.

What Youll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within adult social care
  • Strong understanding of care planning safeguarding and risk management
  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries neurological conditions or complex needs
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and rehabilitation-focused support

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the care homes daily operations
  • Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high standards of person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a safe inclusive and therapeutic environment
  • Support residents with brain injuries complex physical or cognitive needs and rehabilitation goals
  • Build strong relationships with families healthcare professionals and external partners
  • Manage budgets staffing and resources effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits training and reflective practice
