Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a specialist residential service that supports adults living with acquired brain injuries complex needs and those requiring ongoing rehabilitation. The service provides person-centred care in a safe therapeutic and empowering environment.

What Youll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within adult social care
- Strong understanding of care planning safeguarding and risk management
- Experience working with individuals with brain injuries neurological conditions or complex needs
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and rehabilitation-focused support

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the care homes daily operations
- Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high standards of person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster a safe inclusive and therapeutic environment
- Support residents with brain injuries complex physical or cognitive needs and rehabilitation goals
- Build strong relationships with families healthcare professionals and external partners
- Manage budgets staffing and resources effectively
- Drive continuous improvement through audits training and reflective practice
