Are you a detail-oriented and reliable administrator looking to step into a quality-focused role with full training and a supportive team Our Wellingborough based client is currently seeking a Compliance Assistant to join their Quality Team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in compliance and quality management within a fast-paced and friendly environment.
What Youll Be Doing ...
As a Compliance Assistant youll support the Quality Team in maintaining systems and documentation to ensure they meet all quality legal and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating the documented Quality Management System
- Conducting daily walk-rounds and reporting compliance findings
- Managing and controlling documentation and supplier records
- Supporting site audits and completing customer questionnaires
- Assisting with onboarding new starters (uniforms lockers etc.)
- Helping to ensure compliance across all departments and locations
What Were Looking For ...
- Reliable hardworking and highly organised
- Positive attitude and a motivated conscientious approach
- Strong admin skills and previous experience in an administrative role
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
