Location:Crteil le-de-France France

Nous recherchons un(e) tudiant(e) en ingnierie biomdicale / ingnierie dapplication passionn(e) et nergique pour dvelopper ses connaissances et apprendre devenir un expert clinique. Ambitieux et possdant un fort intrt pour la clinique et le commerce vous travaillerez main dans la main avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes. Vous jouerez un rle dterminant dans la satisfaction client en apportant votre expertise technique et clinique gnrant ainsi une croissance de lactivit commerciale.

Evoluant dans les hpitaux cliniques et cabinets privs vous participerez aux essais linstallation et la formation lobjectif principal tant de sassurer que nos clients sont confiants et comptents dans lutilisation des produits Mindray.

Vos responsabilits :

• Agir en tant que point dinformation pour les clients afin quils tirent le maximum de valeur des produits Mindray
• Faire le lien avec les hpitaux en collaboration avec le responsable de secteur pour organiser et grer les dmonstrations les installations et les suivis aprs-vente.
• tre pour nos clients lexpert sur les produits et les former leur utilisation.
• Offrir des conseils aux clients pour optimiser lutilisation des produits en fonction du contexte clinique (units de soins intensifs bloc opratoire services durgences etc.)
• Travailler avec les clients pour dfinir des configurations cliniques permettant une utilisation sre et adapte leurs besoins
• Identifier et communiquer en interne les opportunits de croissance de lentreprise
• Travailler avec lingnieur commercial de la rgion pour gnrer des ventes dappareils Mindray.
• tre capable de communiquer avec diffrents types dinterlocuteurs (ingnieurs biomdicaux mdecins infirmiers etc..) en adaptant votre discours au public concern.
• Travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes afin de planifier et dexcuter efficacement les projets dans les dlais impartis et conformment aux attentes des clients.
• Maintenir jour vos connaissances cliniques techniques et commerciales.
• Contribuer la conception et au dveloppement de ressources produits telles que des guides dutilisation des prsentations pour des formations etc
• Grer et tenir jour le listing des suivis de formations/dmos
• Communiquer et tenir jour des rapports pour la Clinical Application Manager et la Marketing manager afin de remonter les informations du terrain (Produits concurrence)

• Vous dmontrez une exprience de travail autonome et des comptences en matire dorganisation de projets
• Matrise du franais et de langlais
• Capacit travailler en France sans avoir besoin dun parrainage de lentreprise
• Solides comptences en matire de communication et curiosit naturelle
• Comptences analytiques de prfrence dans le domaine clinique
• Comptences prouves en matire de prsentation avec un fort pouvoir dinfluence et de persuasion pour communiquer des ides avec conviction.

Affiliated to a Mindray office in France in Creteil and involves frequent travels across west of France and north of France if required.

Reporting to the Clinical Application Manager Ultrasound and the North

Territory Manager

We are looking for a passionate and energetic biomedical/application engineering student to develop their knowledge and learn to become a clinical expert. Ambitious and commercially astute you will work hand in hand with a variety of internal and external stakeholders playing a key role in the successful delivery of technical training and expertise generating business growth across France.

Working in hospitals you will be involved in testing installation and training with the main aim of ensuring that our customers are confident and competent in the use of Mindray products.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as an information point for customers to get the most value from Mindray products.
• Liaising with hospitals to organize and manage clinical assessments facilities and post-sales clinical support.
• For our customers you will be the product expert and train them in the effective use of our products.
• Advising clients on workflow design according to the clinical context (intensive care units operating theatres emergency departments etc.)
• Work with clients to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use.
• Identify and communicate internally the companys growth opportunities.
• Work with the regional account manager to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
• Communicate at all levels adapting the content to the audience concerned to ensure that the training is well understood.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and in line with client expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical technical and commercial knowledge.
• Contribute to the design and development of product resources such as user guides competency frameworks and training presentations.
• Manage and maintain training records.
• Communicate with the clinical and marketing managers to feedbacks the information from the field. (products competition etc)

What are we looking for in you

• Biomedical studies and marketing/economics.
• You have experience of working independently and have project organization skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work in France without the need for company sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and natural curiosity.
• Analytical skills preferably in the clinical field.
• Proven presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasive powers to communicate ideas with conviction.
• High mobility during the working week.
