You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere growing our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team and are on the lookout for an energetic driven and motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer (35 years PAE) who thrives on challenging work and delivering practical commercial outcomes for clients.

Our experienced litigation team acts for a broad range of clients from SMEs and high-net-worth individuals to government bodies and listed entities across a full suite of disputes.
The Role
In this role youll work closely with senior practitioners and clients on a variety of commercial matters whether litigated and/or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including:
Contractual disputes
Corporate and shareholder litigation including oppression actions and directors and officers liability
Insolvency matters (acting for creditors liquidators and directors) as well as bankruptcy
Property construction and leasing disputes
Debt recovery and enforcement
Regulatory investigations and risk management
Youll be supported to build your profile within the profession and develop deeper expertise in your areas of interest.
What Were Looking For
To be successful you will bring:
35 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
Strong drafting and advocacy skills
A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and an agility in strategic-thinking
A proactive solutions-driven commercially-minded approach who strives for excellence in legal practice
An interest in business development and contributing to our teams ongoing success
