What Will You Be Doing

Nationwide Power is excited to introduce the amazing opportunity for a Service Sales Representative role! This position is all about selling service agreements and proactive maintenance for Critical Power Equipment across the country. You will directly engage with end users to sell services on UPS Systems peripherals and related equipment. We are eagerly looking for someone who is dynamic motivated and ready to make things happen. As a Service Sales Representative Youll:

  • Identify current and future customer needs by establishing personal rapport with customers to understand their requirements building and cultivating prospect relationships Business to Business
  • Prepare and present cost estimates by studying all related customer requirements.
  • Work with multiple OEM products and vendors
  • Proactively engage with prospects to develop new accounts and potential clients
  • Continuously be highly motivated with a drive to reach decision makers
  • Work independently within a team environment
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
  • Manage new and prospective clients in a CRM software
  • Develop client relationships and promote our companys reputation
  • Have other responsibilities assigned as needed

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-3:30pm / Friday: 6:00am-1:00pm (PST) Schedule will depend on location.

Compensation: $50k plus commission (Six figure potential with uncapped commissions!)

Qualifications

Skills Required to Succeed:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required but we would love to see candidates with a bachelors degree
  • Its important to have at least 3 years of experience in business to business sales
  • If you have experience in contract negotiation that would be a big plus!
  • We need someone who pays close attention to detail and takes pride in doing things right the first time
  • Knowledge of our competitors and the current market conditions is preferred and industry experience would be great too!
  • Communication skills are key both over the phone and through email. Were looking for someone with excellent people and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and Internet software is required and Familiarity with a CRM system is required so having a strong knowledge of its use is important.
  • In a Sales position like this its really crucial to be able to handle potential customer objections and rejections with ease. Our aim is to always come up with engaging solutions that address their concerns.
  • Following standard operating procedures and meeting requirements is a must in order to ensure that we consistently offer the best possible service.
