Job Description
Company name: Transformco (TFP Property Management LLC) Job Site Address: 500 West Madison St. Chicago IL 60661. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Hours: Full-time Job Duties: Support Asset Management Transactions and Leasing personnel to provide cash flow modeling and deal analysis for real estate acquisition disposition leasing development financing and operations. Maintain the investment parameters portions of the Asset Management plans and quantify related operational progress toward reaching maximum potential value. Provide and present portfolio information as needed for capital markets and due diligence initiatives. Measure progress of various sub-operating portfolios communicating opportunities to enhance go-forward performance. Organize and manipulate large amounts of data to produce accurate and actionable conclusions particularly on asset valuations. Communicate potential investment risks and opportunities to in-house leasing/transaction personnel. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job Requirements: This position requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance Financial Management Economics Real Estate or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related occupation. Must have one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Calculating investment return metrics for department store property repositioning; distilling and publishing market update information from assigned leasing and capital market brokerage representatives; and analyzing development budgets service contracts brokerage listing agreements and property leases to incorporate into property-level cash flow forecasts. Must have graduate-level coursework or any amount of professional experience in the following: Using MS Excel and Yardi to underwrite complex real estate transactions including subleases lease assignments and redevelopments. Travel Requirement: N/A Salary and Benefits: $78200/yr.
