Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dynamic and detail-orientedCommercial Lines Account Managerto join our team. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients ensuring their commercial insurance needs are managed with exceptional accuracy and care. You will build strong client relationships provide high-quality service and contribute to our core mission of delivering outstanding insurance solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related concerns.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts by analyzing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Process account renewals endorsements and changes efficiently and in compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
  • Support clients during claim processes advocating for timely resolution and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with producers underwriters and other team members to ensure accurate and complete policy issuance and servicing.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing the clients best interests.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate complete and entered into the agency management system in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends regulations and emerging risks to provide proactive relevant advice to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt and accurate responses.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Proven ability to understand and manage various commercial insurance lines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in account management systems and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
