We are partnering with a well-regarded litigation boutique to find a mid-level Associate Attorney who thrives in fast-paced high-impact settings. If youre a sharp legal writer with strong research chops and especially if you have eviction law experience this opportunity positions you for early responsibility direct client contact and streamlined mentorship in a collaborative environment.

What Youll Do:
- Take ownership of diverse litigation matters from intake to resolution
- Handle eviction collections and real estate litigation
- Draft pleadings prepare motions manage discovery and appear in court
- Engage in strategic case planning with senior attorneys
- Collaborate directly with clients and team members on leanly staffed matters
Who You Are:
- 25 years of civil litigation experience (eviction strongly preferred)
- WA bar licensed (or eligible to waive in)
- Skilled in legal research writing and strategy
- Comfortable juggling multiple cases and evolving priorities
- Motivated by autonomy and early responsibility
