We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join the People Team!
What youll do:
Act as a trusted advisor to team members and managers providing frontline HR support and help with executing people strategies across multiple client groups.
Play a key role in activating our talent and culture initiatives ensuring a high-quality team member experience for the teams you support.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for team members and managers delivering frontline support and guidance across multiple locations.
Partner with HR Business Partners to execute team-specific talent strategies that meet team member and business needs.
Advise and coach managers on people-related matters including engagement performance management and career development.
Support and resolve a variety of employee relations cases - in partnership with HR Business Partners Employee Relations and Employment Legal - using a systematic approach ensuring consistency and fairness and applying high judgement to escalate complex issues appropriately.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Partners to activate headcount growth plans and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Leverage people metrics to identify proactive actionable and impactful talent insights that improve organizational effectiveness and health.
Implement and support programs that strengthen our company culture and enhance the team member experience.
Independently manage and prioritize competing projects and responsibilities with a keen attention to detail.
Model and reinforce our cultural values of being smart kind and creative.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated track record of building trust and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience supporting employee relations matters and implementing talent development and culture-building programs.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
Strong business and HR acumen with proven consulting and problem-diagnosis skills.
Capable of balancing both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; able to learn and adapt to shifting priorities with intellectual curiosity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Mac and Google applications especially Sheets Slides and Docs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience.
3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years of experience supporting G&A or other multi-faceted client groups.
1 years of experience working in a technology company.
Experience partnering closely with Recruitment in a high-growth and highly matrixed environment.

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $98000-$146000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
