What You Will Achieve

  • End-to-end management of the Digital Global Commercial Agentforce AI Program Portfolio
  • Defining and maintaining the commercial digital strategy including driving alignment across the enterprise on when to use Agentforce AI vs. other platforms
  • Building the relationships necessary across the organization to deliver on the strategy and roadmap
  • Partner across Digital CMO BU Leaders as well as other functions across the enterprise toconnect technology business processes and user experience to drive outcomes leveraging Agentforce AI
  • Influencing and leading executive stakeholders through a complex global investment decisions
  • Delivery of the global Agentforce AI platform and capabilities to create better interactions with HCPs
  • Accountability for overseeing development ensuring all Agentforce Products are engineered to GIS standards and mitigate all risk including cyber
  • Lead a team of dedicates colleagues to advance the Digital Commercial Agentforce AI strategy
  • Digital accountability for Pfizers Commercial Agentforce AI Digital Products including ROI and TCO KPIs
  • Defines the strategic direction and has accountability including performance and financial management for Pfizers Commercial Agentforce AI Digital Products including defining the digital strategy developing and owning the technology roadmap and building the relationships necessary across the organization to deliver on the strategy and roadmap.
  • Accountable for global digital program delivery overseeing technology implementation across all supporting areas of enterprise with responsibility for business case supporting key performance metrics and financial management for highly complex continuous delivery activities.
  • Oversees and manages people technological and financial resources while leveraging deep technical and functional expertise for all Products and relevant solution areas and manages significant Digital and Business Unit resources outside of direct authority globally.
  • Responsible to anticipate oversee and influence an environment of continuous improvement and innovation while continuously delivering highly complex solutions.
  • Accountable to influence areas outside their own expertise as an individual and as a member of a leadership team and is accountable for decisions within Division or Global Business Unit.
  • Encourages acceptable levels of risk-taking towards driving innovation determining acceptable levels of risk andor business opportunity for our Global Business Unit and Pfizer as a company.
  • Is responsible for delivering a cross functionally developed technical talent base and for anticipating/preparing for the longer-term development needs within the products and solutions space.
  • Partners with customers Business Partner teams Technical Product Owners and/or organizational leadership to accomplish Global Business Unit and Enterprise-wide objectives. Influences senior management decisions that have an impact on business direction through the use of Agentforce AI.
  • Provides frequent executive-level briefings on key Agenforce AI solutions for the Commercial BUs including the DLT Leadership team
  • Accountable for compliance including adherence to data privacy laws for all solutions in the Commercial Agentforce AI Product Portfolio
  • Create and have readily available a response team to immediately act in the event of a cyber security event and partner closely with GIS to resolve any threats
  • Accountability for overseeing technical development ensuring all Products are engineered to GIS standards and mitigate all risk including cyber.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial processes for pharmaceutical companies
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management Computer Science Engineering or Technology Management preferred with related field and proven technical experience with emphasis on software development and maintenance.
  • 8years of relevant experience as an information technology professional in one or many roles such as a software developer technical project manager systems administrator database administrator systems engineer computer engineer or support specialist.
  • Proven progressive experience and leadership as an IT technology professional in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience successfully designing delivering and maintaining IT business solutions for large-scale organizations across multiple hardware and software platforms. Must have demonstrated competency / expertise in:
    • Software Development Lifecycle management including production system maintenance and operation
    • Agile principles and methodologies
    • Proven experience working with business teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and relationship management.
    • Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment

Technical Skills:

  • Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with demonstrated capabilities managing large scale enterprise software requirements definition designs and implementations in a global 24 by 7 environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiations.
  • Proven ability to mentor and manage technical leaders; recruit and retain top talent and develop colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships influence outcomes and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks including Scrum Kanban and Lean
  • Ability to collaborate in a complex matrix environment with indirect resources geographically distributed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required; Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus.
  • High level of awareness of internal and external technology trends.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Work Location Assignment:Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week or as needed by the business

Travel will be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region to other regions and to Pfizer World Headquarters.

Business Technology is a 7x24x365 endeavor. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend holiday or after normal business hours

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169700.00 to $282900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
