Job Description

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the ServiceNow Administator role.

You will be responsible for

  • Participating in the design build and implementation of ServiceNow in Linklaters

  • Working with Linklaters ServiceNow partner (SPOC) on platform Incidents and Change

  • Managing stakeholders throughout the business who are using ServiceNow (including Technology Document Services UK Operations and more)

  • Co-managing the ServiceNow Support queue of BAU tickets. Ensuring work moves smoothly between the internal team and our partner

  • Completing ServiceNow enhancements at a CSA foundational level for ITSM and our custom applications

  • Providing ServiceNow support to Linklaters projects

Apply if you

  • Have a ServiceNow CSA certification or relevant experience

  • Have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM. App Engine preferred

  • Have strong stakeholder management skills

  • Are fluent in spoken and written English (good command of Polish is a plus)

  • Have experience working with projects

  • Have experience working with ServiceNow Partner(s)

  • ServiceNow CAD experience is a plus


Location

  • Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week at the office)

Contract

  • Fixed-term contract of employment for 12 months (umowa o prac na czas okrelony 12 miesicy)
