Role Summary and Impact
Responsible for client serving and end to end campaign planning & management and driving strategic brand conversations
Reporting of the role
Reports to the Client lead / Sr. Director on the business.

Measures of success
In three months you would have:
  • Earned client confidence through deep business understanding and expert media planning knowledge.
  • Established strong internal relationships within the WPP ecosystem for efficient navigation.
In six months you would have:
  • Demonstrated hands-on industry knowledge and the ability to discuss measurement metrics across touchpoints based on campaign objectives.
  • Built a cohesive team and mentored them to excel.
In 12 months you would have:
  • Independently led and delivered on cross-client KPIs becoming a standard-bearer for the companys vision.
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Engage in strategic planning and develop 360-degree planning approaches for new campaigns.
  • Extract insights through data mining and articulate clear strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external audiences across paid owned and earned media.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all submissions.
  • Secure industry recognition through awards at forums like FOM Cannes Smarties and RAMAI.
  • Oversee all aspects of client media campaigns across brands and media channels.
  • Supervise and design media plans using relevant tools.
  • Foster a culture of innovation encouraging contributions to creative media solutions.
  • Proactively offer client inputs and directions ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
  • Initiate and drive quality analysis and cross-category case studies.
  • Facilitate team development through on-the-job coaching and developmental training.
  • Ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of conflicts.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 9 years of experience with last 1 year in a similar role.
  • Possess acute inquisitiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication presentation and client management skills.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen for resource allocation and effective proposition selling to clients with revenue responsibility.
  • Understand 360-degree mediums (offline & online) and their impact on client businesses including media buying planning brand investments and tool utilization.
  • Exhibit maturity and level headedness required to manage an existing team and clients effectively.
  • Prioritize client and people management and servicing.
