Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Flutter Firebase and Dart and have a proven track record of building high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. This role requires hands-on development as well as leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Integrate real-time applications with Firebase for seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering their growth in mobile development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Advanced expertise in Firebase for real-time application development.
- Proficient in Dart and cross-platform mobile development.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
