- Salary: 27711 - 30060 per annum pro rata depending on experience
- Hours: Part Time 35 hours per week 52 weeks per year
- Contract: Permanent required as soon as possible

The Pines Primary Schoolare looking to appoint a Site Manager on a Part Time basis.
Your role
To be responsible for the provision of an effective site management service to the school including (but not limited to) security of the premises health and safety maintenance cleaning and porterage
You will need:
- experience of working in a premises management role with knowledge of security and methodology for both buildings and grounds without risking the health and safety of the school community
- up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and COSHH regulations
- DIY skills to undertake day to day repairs and maintenance of school buildings
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and establish professional and productive working relationships
- GCSE level education with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
