What is the opportunity
What will you do
- Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls emails and requests in a professional timely and solutions-oriented manner.
- Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to provide seamless operational and administrative support ensuring the efficient management of client accounts.
- Assist in preparing client reviews reports and other key deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external partners ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy organization and attention to detail in all client-related tasks.
- Uphold and articulate the Kent Groups investment philosophy.
What do you need to succeed
Must-have
- Bachelors degree
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- At least two years of experience in wealth management financial services or similar client-focused industry
- Strong ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accountability and reliability
- Bilingualism (English and French) required as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs

- Passionate professional with excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with clients colleagues and partners
