This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US.

In this role you will:
- Take full ownership of complex features and projects guiding them from initial concept (0-1) through design development launch and ongoing support.
- Bring a customer-focused mindset to all development balancing the need to iterate quickly and deliver customer wins iteratively.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Product and Design stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into robust scalable features and create sustained and aligned impact.
- Mentor and guide more junior engineers on the team.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 4 years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong programming/coding fundamentals with proficiency in at least one of the following: Go GraphQL TypeScript React.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise software applications
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working with frontend technologies (e.g. React Redux Typescript).
- Experience working with microservices.
- Experience leading projects with several engineering contributors.
- Seeks to iterate on new products based on customer feedback.
- Experience using LLM technologies is a plus.
