As a Program Manager II - Corporate Real Estate within PNCs Realty Services organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA.Preferred skills and experience include:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project project scheduling/forecasting
software.
Realty Services experience: understand realty services industry process
including but not limited to real estate transactions corporate workplace
strategy and planning project/program financials and budgeting design
iterations permitting and bidding construction and operations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project
Management Institute (PMI).
Ability to develop and implement tools and methodologies (project
controls) that monitor and provide recommendations for adhering to
project budgets timelines and scope.
This is not a PNC Technology project/program manager role.
Job Description
- Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning oversight and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically program size may reach or exceed $25m.
- Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
