Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist / General Accountant will coordinate with operations FP&A and project managers to align financial controls with critical path timelines.
Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist / General Accountant will Implement process improvements and support SOP development.
An ideal Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist / General Accountant will have experience working across construction SaaS and/or nonprofit sectors with a proven ability to manage job costing audit preparation and cross-functional collaboration.

Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist / General Accountant responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage WIP schedules job costing reports and percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations.
- Ensure revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 including deferred revenue tracking.
- Support monthly and year-end close processes including GL reconciliations and audit-ready financials.
- Lead or support ERP transitions (e.g. QuickBooks to Acumatica NetSuite ProCore).
Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist / General Accountant requirements:
- 2 years of accounting experience preferably in construction SaaS or nonprofit environments.
- Strong understanding of WIP POC GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Acumatica NetSuite QuickBooks) and tools like Power BI Excel FloQast.
- Ability to manage multi-entity consolidations and capital project compliance reporting.
